Our name is inspired by the Sorting Hat from Harry Potter, a magical hat that helps individuals discover who they truly are. Indrani Ghosh Choudhary

Indrani is an alumnus of 2003 batch of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. A certified NLP Practitioner from American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Indrani extensively uses NLP patterns in her sessions. She is also a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional from the Balanced Scorecard Institute, USA.

She has over two decade’s experience of working with renowned corporates in India and abroad in the marketing and HR domain. Indrani has been actively involved in carrying out various People and Organizational Development intervention in Corporates and Educational institutes in India and has mentored and coached various individuals and groups from various walk of life.

 Among the various hats that she donned, the one that she enjoys the most is that of a Coach and Trainer. Indrani is passionate about facilitating and studying behavioural development amongst individuals across different spectrums of the society.

Indrani also volunteers with NGO’s and institutions working on educating the underprivileged sections of the society. She loves writing poetry, painting and travelling in her free time.

Shyamal Ghosh

Shyamal Ghosh is a distinguished professional in the pharma industry with a wealth of experience in building successful brands and businesses across the Indian sub-continent. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles in some of the most respected companies in the sector, including Sarabhai, Alembic, and Sun Pharma.

In addition to his impressive professional achievements, Shyamal has also been an active member of several business organizations, including the India-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce, where he served as Secretary General. He is also a founder member of the Indian Investors Forum, Bangladesh.

Beyond his work in the pharma industry, Ghosh is also known for his creative pursuits. He is a prolific writer and artist. He has written extensively on a variety of topics and has been published in a range of respected publications. He is also an accomplished painter.

With his diverse range of skills and experience, Shyamal Ghosh is a respected figure in the pharma industry and beyond.
