For me personally,Facilitating transformation journeys has been a deeply satisfying experience in my career. It’s almost akin to teaching a child how to walk or cycle. You hold on for a while and then let go.. letting them explore their abilities, facing fears and choosing their path.
Every developmental intervention that I have facilitated so far, has left me with my own unique learning’s and reflections. When we stop advising and nudge people to let them introspect, reflect and find their own answers, you know that your job was done well.
